Our esteemed judging panel, featuring Chef Dylan McGrath, Chef Sergi de Meià, and acclaimed food critic Joris Minne, will have the challenging task of deciding who claims the coveted title of Ireland’s Next Top Chef 2025.


Guests will be treated to an unforgettable evening starting with a luxurious drinks reception, followed by a gourmet three-course dinner, complemented with complimentary drinks throughout the night. Hosting this spectacular event is none other than BBC’s Barra Best, bringing his trademark energy and charm to the evening.


And for those who can’t be there in person, the entire event will be broadcast live on YouTube, so food lovers everywhere can experience the drama, the artistry, and the crowning of Ireland’s next culinary star.
